Walmart helps consumers to save even more and always maintains its low prices.

Walmart attracts more consumers with their tagline "helping you to save even more" by reducing to lower prices.

Barclays has its own self-perception of being a big bank where everyone who needs to access money should access through them as they made it possible for online transactions and available almost every part of the world.

This ad is relevant to the societal role of advertising.

The ad wants its audience to appreciate people who love us and never take them for granted.

Appreciate the ones who love who unconditionally.

Despite being a physically imperfect father, he still tried his best to play the father role, which is to give care and love to his daughter. The daughter was at her rebellious stage where she could not accept her father for being that imperfect and hence being disrespectful to him but in the end she realized the person who loved her the most was her imperfect father.

Generally anyone as everyone has parents or children.

Target audience learns to have more appreciation towards life and therefore, buying a life insurance either for themselves or their loved ones.

The colours in the ad are more towards dull, not vibrant colours. The mood is sad and touching in the end while the music used in the video is the important element in the advertisement as it carries the feelings of the viewer from grief to touching, hence leaving a memorable impression.

Definitely memorable.

Yes as I think this insurance company is reliable and responsible.

I personally love this ad very much as it touches me a lot. As being a daughter or a father, I guess everyone could somehow relate to this video. It also leaves me some time of self-reflecting.

The ad wants the audience to have a close look of its car and feel the powerful experience of an Aston Martin.

Men with high range of salary or upper class people or people who love sports car.

Their are concerned about the outlook design and most of all the speed of an Aston Martin.

The message is that an Aston Martin can actually compete with a circuit sports car.

The brand name, Aston Martin itself is a symbol of luxurious automotive where not many can afford and perceive it as an automotive lust. Therefore, besides selling its unique design and brand, Aston Martin also focuses on the specifications of their cars, especially the speed and horsepower.

People who are interested in sports car and also affordable for it.

#1 Oil&Gas - Shell Ferrari Commercial

It belongs to Brand Advertising as it creates an emotional connection with consumers, which leads to consumers loyalty.

2. The four (4) roles of advertising. Which are relevant for this ad?
This ad is relevant to its communication role of advertising as it is to inform its consumers about its product, V-Power, is bringing them a whole new experience of driving.

3. What does the ad. want the audience to do or not do?
The advertisement, obviously, wanted the audience to know that their product V-Power is able to give you the experience of driving a sports car not on the circuit but on the road.

4. Who is the target audience?
Middle and upper class male consumers especially men who love sports racing or racing as the ferrari in the video made them believe that by using Shell's V-Power, they are able to speed like a racing car.

NOTE: V-power racing is always 20sens more than the current ron97 price.
It has been said its the same ron just with better additives.

The target audience are the people who like car racing either the sound of racing sports car's engine where some would claim it as "orgasmic" or "sexy" or the own luxurious sports car itself like Ferrari where to many ppl it is the ultimate powerful and one of the most well-known sports car brand in the world. They wanted to know how well can V-Power perform with their car even if they are not driving a sports car.

6. What is the message?
Everyone can drive their car on the road like a Ferrari sports car on the circuit with Shell's V-Power as their fuel.

7. Discuss the message being conveyed.
V-Power is always more expensive than the common fuel price such as ron95 & ron97. The consumers need to know how well their car/vehicle can perform with V-Power comparing to the common fuels. They wanted to know whether are they able to enjoy a better quality by paying a relatively higher price. This is in terms of the worthy of the price given.

8. Who does the message appeal to?
To the people who love car racing or speeding. As in the ending part of the video, a person said "Shell V-Power, Ferrari fuel for the road". We only see such kind of sports car on the circuit, for example Formula-one circuit, and we hardly see them speeding on the roads or highways.

Consumers knowing the quality of V-Power.

It is a Shell commercial advertising its fuel, V-power.

The ad shows a Ferrari sports car racing on the main roads of 5 different famous and luxurious cities around the world. From New York City - Hong Kong - Rio de Jeneiro - Monaco - Rome. In the end, the racer stopped by a Shell station to pump V-Power fuel and continued his journey.

The price of V-Power.

The powerful and thrilling image of V-Power.

It is true to life with a little puffery as one may not able to drive the same car at the same time in 5 different cities around the world.

This advertisement is more to a brand appeal. This appeal is directed towards people who are brand conscious and wish to choose particular products to make a brand statement. Ferrari is well-known worldwide with its luxurious image and high reputation as a sports car manufacturer.

Spanish Formula One racing driver, Fernando Alonso Diaz, a two-time World Champion, who is currently racing for Scuderia Ferrari.

There is no background music in this video commercial. What being heard the most is the real raw engine of a Ferrari sports car racing around the cities.

Yes because we do not often listen to such engine sound for that long.

Yes because it appeals to me and I would like to experience whether it is thrilling as it portrayed in the video.

I like this video commercial. It is very cool, and real, to hear a Ferrari sports car racing down the road where I thought it only belongs to the circuit. It just appeals to me that speeding like a racer can be done with V-Power.
